The situation

Prompt to copy
Goal: Attack my text before the recipient does. Do not rewrite it. Context: You are [Recipient, e.g. the CFO of a small business]. You are skeptical, short on time and have had bad experiences with [Topic, e.g. IT projects]. Source: Only my text below. Do not make up any facts about me or my offer. Expectations: 1. The five strongest objections this person would have, each with the sentence from my text that triggers the objection. 2. The first question this person would ask me in a meeting. 3. For each objection, a suggestion for what I should change in the text. I will write the new text myself. My text: [Text, e.g. your quote, email or presentation as text]
No add-on license, in Microsoft Copilot Chat. Without a copy button: select the text and copy it with Ctrl+C.
How to use it
- Describe the recipient as precisely as you know them: role, industry, what has annoyed them before.
- Paste your text and send.
- For each objection, decide: fix it in the text, answer it in the meeting, or deliberately leave it.
- Have the revised text attacked once more.
How to spot a good answer
- Five objections, each quoting the triggering sentence from your text.
- A first question from the recipient's view.
- Suggested changes instead of a new text.
The check
In your next five customer meetings, note how many objections you had already answered in the text.
Limits
- The role is an assumption about the recipient. The more precisely you describe them, the more useful the objections.
- Customer data and prices only belong in the prompt if your internal rules allow it.
- The objections do not replace a conversation with real customers.
